The Latigo property project on the corner of 12th and Yampa has been approved by the Steamboat Springs Planning Commission. The meeting was Thursday, May 14.
“I will call for a vote. Aye, No, Aye, Aye, No. That motion passes 3-2.” — Brian Adams, Planning Commission Chair
It will go before Steamboat Springs City Council for final approval on June 2.

This is the corner lot where Orange Peel bikes and the Double Z used to be. Demolition has been done and the city block lot has been cleared.

The property is scheduled to have eight residences, a restaurant, and downtown parking spaces.
If approved by City Council, construction should begin in the fall.
