Colorado’s new Mobile Vaccination Bus is rolling into Northwest Colorado this weekend.
The Pfizer vaccine is being given for those 16 and older. This Saturday, May 1, vaccinations will be given from 1-4:30 in the Meadows parking lot and then from 5-9 p.m. at Holy Name Catholic Church on Oak Street in Steamboat Springs. Then the bus will be in Craig from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, May 3, at Centennial Mall. Walk-ins are welcome but you can also sign up.
The Mobile Vax bus will be back exactly three weeks later, in the same spot. Colorado Governor Jared Polis is so excited that he reached out to Steamboat Radio and KRAI about it.
Plus, patients vaccinated in the next few days will get some text reminders of their 2nd dose appointment.
