Fun fairy houses are being created by Routt County kids this week, as part of a contest at Yampa River Botanic Park. A fairy house is a small whimsical dwelling for fairies to live in, made for all natural materials.
That’s Jennifer MacNeil with the botanic park. The Fairy Houses need to be made with all natural materials. Dimensions and contest rules are on the botanic park website. Turn in in your creations by end of day Thursday at the park. The Fairy Gardens will be on display in the new Children’s Garden at the botanic park.
