A group of Steamboat Springs High School students spoke out about Climate Change Friday, on the lawn of the historic Routt County Courthouse. The group is called “Fridays for the Future: School Strike for Climate.” Thomas Cooper is one of the organizers.

The movement by the local high school students is an effort surrounding the UN Climate Summit to bring the attention of world leaders to the urgency of the climate crises.
