A survey is going out to all students, staff and parents at Steamboat Springs High School. It’s called “Stop Start Keep.” Principal Rick Elertson says the survey is important to him as a new administrator.
Questions are being submitted by students, staff, and the parents right now and they’ll be put into a survey, which will be sent out in about two weeks.
Elertson says, of some of the students he has talked to, they would like to see more structure at the high school.
An example of something that will be on the survey would be bells at the school. Right now, there are no bells at Steamboat Springs High School to notify students when class is over. Elertson says some students have expressed an interest. That is something that will be on the survey.
