The future Brown Ranch neighborhood is in the planning process. Focus groups are meeting now. Sheila Henderson is leading the community outreach to hear what people want at the Brown Ranch community.

There is a steering committee that is also involved. They’re all listening and compiling and hope to have the planning process for Brown Ranch finished by the end of the year. It’s a 536-acre property just of Steamboat that was purchased and gifted to the Yampa Valley Housing Authority. The list of focus groups and when and where they are meeting is on our website.
