The 2022 Winter Carnival starts this Wednesday, Feb. 9 and runs through Sunday. This year’s theme is “Where Legends are Made.”
Winter Carnival Royalty has Kendall Harrington as Winter Carnival Queen this year. Kendall is a snowboarder and senior at Steamboat Springs High School.
Suzy Magill is a junior at the high school and this year’s Junior Attendant. Magill competes in Nordic.
The Sophomore Attendant is Isabel Powell who competes in Freestyle moguls.
And there are eight lovely Little Princesses.

The royalty court will be introduced at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 9 at Opening Ceremonies in Olympian Hall at Howelsen Hill.
