You can help with the Ukraine Relief Efforts. Yampa Valley Community Foundation says a Steamboat couple is headed to the border of Poland and Ukraine on Friday, March 18. They are not taking food and clothing, but they are taking other donations of medical supplies, military aid kits and medicines, military supplies, and men’s thermal underwear and warm socks.

- Thermal Underwear: Men’s underwear, Warm socks
- Medical Supplies (Theraflu, any painkillers, Gelofusine, dressing bags, needles №20,10, catheters, Iodine Antiseptic Liquid, antiseptics, needles КВ-3, Sets for measuring central venous pressure, infusions of Sodium Chloride, drip systems etc.)
