Winners include Governor Jared Polis. Re-elected.

Senator Michael Bennet, also re-elected, serving his third term in the U.S. Senate after being appointed to the seat in 2009.
Congressman Joe Neguse secured a third term representing Colorado’s Second Congressional District, which now includes Routt County.
In CD3, too close to call late last night, but Adam Frisch had a slight lead over incumbent Lauren Boebert.
Phil Weiser stays as Attorney General and Jena Griswold continues as Secretary of State.
Dylan Roberts will be the next State Senator in District 8. Roberts grew up in Steamboat Springs and now lives in Avon.
Meghan Lukens also grew up in Steamboat Springs and will represent House District 26.
The next Routt County Commissioner will be Sonja Macys.
Doug Scherar will be Routt County’s next sheriff, defeating incumbent Garrett Wiggins.
The Short-Term Rental Tax in Steamboat or 2A also was approved by voters, as was Referendum 1A and the South Routt Library District ballot issue.
COVID numbers have been going up. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is reporting 12 new cases in Moffat County, in one day on Tuesday. That’s 62 cases of COVID in Moffat County in two weeks. Routt County has 41 new cases in two weeks.
As of today, the CDPHE reports the current one-week COVID Test Average Positivity Rate for Moffat County is 15.1%, Routt County is 16.7%, and Rio Blanco County is 31.5%. That puts all three counties in the red zone of 10% or more.
The Vaccine Mobile Bus is at North Routt Community Charter School in Clark on today. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Vaccines are free. You don’t need ID or insurance. Just stop by.

The Town of Yampa is holding a Community Open House on Yampa’s Comprehensive Plan. It’s from 6-8 p.m. tonight at Yampa Town Hall. They’ll have food and fixins.
Yampa Valley Housing Authority is having a meeting at noon Thursday in the county commissioners room at the historic Routt County courthouse downtown. The purchase of the Whitehaven Mobile Home Park is on the agenda, plus a hearing on the 2023 budget.
