Indoor Instruction & Virtual Golf at 200 Courses Around World
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO-November 28, 2022- When winter rolls around, many people envision themselves in the warmth of Pebble Beach, Scottsdale, or Maui and now you can swing your way to these locations without ever leaving the Yampa Valley through the new state-of-the-art golf simulator at Haymaker Golf Course.
“This is a game changer for golfers during the winter,” said Head Professional Cody Hasten. “No matter what the weather is like outside, the new simulator allows golfers to continue to learn and practice as well as play ensuring their skills don’t freeze up with the snowy weather.”
Construction on Haymaker’s new indoor golf simulator is currently underway with plans to open for the winter season in the New Year. This exciting addition to the clubhouse will allow for year-round golf in the Yampa Valley.
The Trackman 4 system utilizes the latest radar, camera technology and high-definition projection providing the most accurate club and ball flight data. Countless Tour Professionals use this system to achieve swing changes and improve ball flight. Combined with the expertise of Haymaker PGA Professionals, golfers have all the resources required to reach their goals faster.
In addition, monthly co-ed leagues will take flight with ten, two-person teams competing on designated course and format once a week for four consecutive weeks. One-, two-, or three-hour rentals will be available. Golfers will have the option to hone their skills one on one with a Haymaker PGA professional instructor seven days a week.
Haymaker Golf Course is under the direction of PGA Head Golf Professional Cody Hasten, who has been at the helm for the past four years. Joining Hasten, two PGA Professionals round out the topflight team and include Jimmy Rockelman as Director of Instruction & Junior Golf and Orrin Googins as the Assistant Golf Professional. The team has a combined 60+ years of experience in the industry.
Stay tuned for additional information and grand opening details currently scheduled for January 3, 2023, in the coming weeks.
