Thank you to everyone who helped and/or donated again this year with the 24th Annual KRAI and 55 Country Holiday Drive. Here’s KRAI’s Marci Marumoto who does all of the planning and hard work to make the annual event a success.
“Thank you to the entire Moffat County community, all the businesses, Memorial Regional Health and Yampa Valley Bank of Craig for being our sponsors of the Holiday Drive. The county has been awesome. Thank you.”
It’s a community effort so thank you to the community for bringing in donations. Here’s what was raised for each group.
- Interfaith Food Bank ($6,431.75)
- Christmas for Kids ($4,761.75)
- Christmas for Seniors ($4,131.75)
- Open Heart Advocates (3,119.75)
The grand total donated was $18,445.00.
Food donations for the Interfaith Food Bank filled up a trailer. The toy donations for Christmas for Kids filled up the long beds of two pickup trucks.
