Our local post offices are busy. Packages are stacked high and ready for delivery. The local postal workers are asking that you check your P.O. Boxes frequently. Get those packages out so more can come in.

Here’s James Boxrud with the corporate office on what’s happening in the High Country.

 

 

“We have a ton of packages in Northwest Colorado. We’d love for you to come down and pick up your packages as soon as you get a notification so we have more room to go ahead and sort the hundreds of packages that come in every day.”

LifeHacker.com says the best time to visit the post office is about half an hour after it opens. You’ll hopefully hit a midmorning lull. The busiest times are likely at lunch and at the end of the workday, just before closing.
