U.S. Senator John Hickenlooper
Colorado’s U.S. Senators Michael Bennet and John Hickenlooper met on Tuesday with U.S. Postal Service Postmaster Louis DeJoy. They had written DeJoy about the ongoing service and delivery issues of mail in Colorado communities, specifically mentioning the Steamboat Springs Post Office. Senator Hickenlooper said of the meeting that Coloradans are waiting weeks for their mail and that DeJoy’s explanations were unsatisfactory. Both senators said they will follow up until the situation is resolved for all residents of Colorado.
