The very large, remodeled building in Craig is close to 100,000 square feet with county offices and the county courthouse. There is a dedicated jury room with much improved safety and security and a fire suppression system.

At Tuesday’s Moffat County Commissioner meeting, a group asked commissioners to discuss the second amendment and commissioners agreed to have a workshop with residents to hear their concerns. May 4 will be Moffat County Day of Prayer with a service at noon at the courthouse that day.

The Yampa Valley Golf Association gave an update to commissioners about upcoming improvements at the local golf course, which they hope can open this Saturday.
