The Lewis family has written a statement on the year anniversary of her passing, honoring her life.
“There is an unmistakable hole in our family and in our hearts without our Lacey. But with our grief comes a mountain of gratitude for the moments we had with her, for the incredible young woman she was and for the community that lifts us up. We continue to see and feel her impact in the little mountain town that raised her and far beyond it. Thank you for sharing in our sorrow over the last year and reminding us of how blessed we are.”
A jury has found Jessica Stahl guilty of four felony counts and one misdemeanor, including Vehicular Homicide DUI, in the death of Lacey Lewis. Stahl will be sentenced July 28.
