Sarah Floyd was honored Wednesday night for her 36 years with Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, most recently as Executive Director. Floyd is retiring and is proud of everything the kids and the coaches and the club has accomplished.
“Working as a part of a team to do good things. Having the experience of watching kids, just try new things and have a blast and enjoy their kids and enjoy their coaches. Howelsen Hill is amazing and the club is a great organization.”
Many friends, former athletes, parents, and coaches all gathered at Olympian Hall to thank Sarah for her years with the club.
Floyd thanked her husband, Pink, for his support for so many years.
Sarah Floyd’s last day with Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club is June 30.
