The Yampa Valley Balloon Rodeo is still looking for help with lodging for the pilots coming to town for the event at the end of the month. Lodging is needed for two or three nights, July 28-30, for the visiting pilots, some of whom have been coming to Steamboat Springs for more than 35 years. This can be a local condo or townhome, or with local homeowners and second home owners.
Those who can help with lodging will be given a balloon ride.
Also, no spectators are allowed at the event this year, so plan on finding a good spot in town to watch.
