This year’s Grand Champion Market Steer winner is Kimberly Gray. Her steer’s name is Yellow, but she says he is actually a golden color.
“This is actually my first time winning the steers. This is my third of showing steers so this is great.”
Gray will be a sophomore at Hayden High School.
Grand Champion Reserve goes to J.D. Case.
Both Grand Champion steers will be up for auction at the Junior Livestock Auction this Saturday night. It starts at 4:30 p.m. at the Routt County Fairgrounds in Hayden.
