A Grand County man died in a rafting accident Monday. The 38-year-old man has not yet been identified. The Grand County Sheriff’s Office says he was an experienced rafter, and was wearing a helmet and personal flotation device when he fell overboard. They got a lot of help from a Union Pacific Railroad crew that was able to get them to the area were the man’s body was able to be pulled out of the water.
