Colorado Department of Transportation crews are working on installing a rockfall attenuator fence in Mount Harris Canyon along US Highway 40. The location is at Mile Point 119.5. The fencing will help protect the traveling public from rockfall in that location.
Later this week into next week, crews will conduct rock scaling in that area. Scaling is when crews remove loose rock from the slope or rock wall above the roadway. Expect short delays when driving through this section of Hwy 40.
