Homecoming Royalty was announced at halftime of the Steamboat Springs High School Homecoming Game Friday night.

Representing the Senior Class of 2024 is Sophie Cowman and Rowan Tolstedt.

“What it means to be Homecoming King and Queen is representing the school and the grade and the spirit, and all that stuff. Yeah, representing the grade and setting a good example.”

 

The Junior Class attendants are Violet O’Connell and Angus Frithsen.

 

The Sophomore Class attendants are Lucia del Haya and Sawyer Vietanen.

 

The Freshman Class attendants are Mia Goodson-Cutler and Teddy Torello.

 

The Grand Marshal of Homecoming is Jennifer Fredrick, who works in the Steamboat Springs School District, at the high school.

 

The Sailors lost to Eaton, 50-7.
