The Happy Haunted Halloween season is upon us. Here is a list of what’s happening in Northwest Colorado. If you have events to add, please email Shannon@SteamboatRadio.com
Oct. 27, 28, and 31
The ZOMBIES, are coming!! Don’t miss the haunted Halloween fun at Amaze’n Steamboat from 7-10 p.m., Oct. 27, 28, and 31.
Family day is from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 29 where it is a less scary Haunted Maze. There’s also Goblin Golf. This is at 125 Anglers Drive behind the Chamber Visitor Center. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a charity for all 4-legged friends.
Oct. 27, 28, and 31
SCREAMBOAT at CMC’s Albright Auditorium, 1275 Crawford Ave., is from 6-10 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Halloween night, Oct. 27, 28, and 31. Tickets are $10 with a CMC Student ID or $20 without.
Oct. 28-31
The Hayden Hall of Horrors is at the Routt County Fairgrounds in Hayden, presented by Sassquatch Party Rentals LLC and Manes & More by Mermaid. The fun is from 5-10 p.m. October 28-31. That’s Saturday through Halloween night, Oct. 28-31.
Come out for four spooky days of fun! There will be carnival games for all ages, a haunted house that gets spookier as you go, a zombie shootout arena, photo booth area, and contest with awesome prizes Sunday-Tuesday!! Including trick or treating and a Halloween Contest on Halloween Night!
We are excited to team up with Partners for Youth and United Way of the Yampa Valley Moffatt County. They will be receiving a portion of the $5 door fee for their help in operations.
Prices: $5 door fee (1/2 goes to nonprofits), $10 for one Haunted House Trip or $20 unlimited trips for the night per person, $10 zombie gel blaster shootout, carnival games with prizes will be purchased with tokens.

Oct. 30
Witches Night Out is from p.m. at the press, 1009 Lincoln Ave. Dress up as your favorite witch and join the Happy Halloween fun. Witches only from 6-8 p.m. Warlocks are welcome after 8 p.m. There is a charge of $20.
Oct. 30
Witches Night Out in Hayden is from 5-9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30. This is billed as a “Night of Sisterhood” and delights at Alpenglow at the Hayden Granary. There’s dessert and drinks and a prize for the best dressed witch. Witches Night Out in Hayden is free. At the end, they may stroll (or fly their broomsticks) over to the Haunted House at the Routt County Fairgrounds.
Oct. 31
The Halloween Stroll is in downtown Steamboat Springs, from 5-7 p.m. on Halloween Night. Dress up and bring the whole family.
Stop by the Veterans Center at 924 Lincoln Ave. during the Halloween Stroll. They’ll have three humvees out front, candy for the kids, and adults can get a cup of coffee inside the Veterans Center and they’ll have a Halloween movie playing. This is your chance to see the building, and you can use the restrooms.
Oct. 31
Victory Motors of Craig hosts Trunk or Treat Night. It’s from 5-7 p.m. on Halloween night, Oct. 31.Kids get their treats from local businesses from the trunks of decorated cars. There’s also Costume Contest and a Best Pet Costume Contest. For more information, call Victory Motors of Craig at 970-824-4422.
Oct. 31
Trick or Treat Street in Craig is from 4-6 p.m. on Halloween, Oct. 31. Part of Yampa Ave. will be blocked off with businesses handing out candy. Others who want to hand out candy can set up in Alice Pleasant Park. Some Trunk or Treat participants will also be there handing out candy, from the high School, CDOT, Yampa Valley Electric, Craig Police, Colorado State Patrol, and the Moffat County Sheriff’s Department.
Oct. 31
The town of Yampa is hosting some Halloween fun. It’s from 4:30-6 p.m. at Crossan’s. There will be candy and games including Ring Toss, Bean Bag Bowling, and Halloween Plinko.
