Routt County 4H held an open house Tuesday night, to introduce kids and families who are interested in the local 4H program.
All programs, like robotics, beekeeping, archery, and other leadership programs were represented with kids. Tami Eggers is the 4H Specialist for Routt County.
“It’s a program that really focuses on what kids want to do so if they have an interest, we have a project for them. And if we need to find a leader to support them, we will do that. It teaches life skills. Kids love it.”
There was also a petting zoo with goats, a chicken, a rabbit, and a dog.
There was also cupcake decorating.
