The U.S. Senate has passed another set of federal funding bills which will help 40 more Colorado projects. In Oak Creek, the South Routt Medical Center will receive $2,300,000 for expansion. Northwest Colorado Health will receive $105,000 for an Assisted Living Cooling System in Steamboat Springs. Pioneers Medical Center in Meeker will receive $371,000 for cybersecurity.
This is in addition to two more funding announcements earlier this month. That’s for $2,500,000 for a Craig Business and Industrial Park. A second is for $1,000,000 to extend the core trail west of Steamboat Springs, and create a tunnel under Highway 40.
Senator Hickenlooper wrote, “another round of home-grown Colorado projects are getting make-or-break funding.”
