Fourth graders from throughout Moffat County attended 4th Grade Ag Day Thursday at the Moffat County Fairgrounds in Craig.
Kellan McGuinness is a 4th grader at Sunset Elementary.
“I like Moffat County Ag Day because I get to see animals and I get to learn about different types of food that comes from animals and things that come from animals.”
Kids learned about horses and branding, milking, cows, chickens, goats, and miniature donkeys, fiber and weaving and baking. Moffat County 4H students were there to help as was Yampatika. It is the 32nd year for Moffat County Ag Day hosted by the Moffat County Cattlewomen.
