Middle Park Stockgrowers have sent a third letter to Governor Polis and Colorado Parks and Wildlife Director Jeff Davis, in response to Director Davis saying he won’t lethally remove the wolf or wolves that have killed five yearlings and a newborn calf in Grand County. The letter goes over specifics of the Wolf Plan set up by the Wolf Commission and why CPW isn’t following their own rules. It says non-lethal measures aren’t working and that the “conflicts must be resolved.” You can read that entire eight-page letter on our website.
