Twin Enviro Services and the local routes for Waste Management have both been purchased by Apex Waste Solutions out of Parker, Colo. The sale went into effect on July 1. A person at Apex says they will be reaching out to all customers, which is mostly in Steamboat Springs and Routt County, but some are in Craig.

 

This is for waste and recycling.

 

In an email from Waste Management, it said, “Apex Waste Solutions will operate as ‘business as usual’ during the transition — there will be no disruption to your service. WM trucks and other equipment, such as containers, dumpsters, and compactor units, will be updated to reflect the Apex Waste Solutions.”

 

The website for Apex Waste Solutions says they serve about 100,000 households across the state of Colorado. Their website has a link to service in Steamboat Springs that says, “Reliable Waste Management Services in Steamboat Springs.”

 

It includes residential and commercial trash and recycling, rentals for roll-off containers, portable restroom rentals, and the Milner Mall and Landfill.
