Norwegian black metal band Mayhem have announced a small North American 40th anniversary tour set for this November, with only six dates across Canada and the United States.

The North American dates kick-off on November 12th show in Montreal, with stops in  Toronto; Queens, New York; Chicago; and Los Angeles before and wrapping up November 23rd in Denver.

Mayhem formed in 1984, and their notoriety was captured in the 2018 movie Lords of Chaos, which featured the 1993 murder of guitarist Euronymous at the hands of former band member Varg Vikernes. Bassist Necrobutcher later shocked fans when he revealed to Heavy Consequence that he was on his way to kill Euronymous himself the night of his murder.
