The Steamboat Springs Farmers Market, presented by F.M. Light & Sons, has wrapped up for the summer season.

Lisa Popovich was at 7th and Yampa at 5 a.m. every Saturday morning for the past 16 weeks.

“About 102,000 people have visited the market over the course of the summer, which is amazing. It’s the single most visited event in Steamboat. Period.”

Popovich says there are about 165 vendors each week, with about 30 new vendors this year. And she was really happy about one other thing.

“We are really lucky we didn’t get rained out this year.”

Next up for Main Street Steamboat is the Chili Challenge. It is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28. Taste some chili and enjoy live music at 7th and Yampa Street. Presented by F.M. Light & Sons and Main Street Steamboat Springs.

Here are a few pictures from the Farmers Market this summer.
