The Moffat County Coroner has confirmed the death of 81-year-old Arloa Gerber Monday night at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood. That’s where she was airlifted last Thursday. She was in the crash on Highway 40 west of Craig, that also killed her husband, Ervin Gerber, and daughter-in-law, Ashley James of Minneapolis. The crash happened two days before what would have been the funeral for their son, Darrell Gerber. The Gerbers were life-long residents of Craig. Our condolences to the family.
