June 15-June 20 is Local’s Week at Haymaker Golf Course in Steamboat Springs, June 15-20. Golf is free for kids 17 and under, with a paying adult, there are deals in the pro shop and at the restaurant with Happy Hour from 3-5 p.m. every day through Friday. Also, on Friday, there is a Fish-Fry Boat Part with live music from 5-7 p.m. on the Patio Grill.

Haymaker Golf Course Celebrates Local Golfers June 15–20
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO – June 11, 2025–Haymaker Golf Course is teeing up a week of fun, food, and fairways for the local community with its annual Locals Week, running June 15–20. With a lineup of specials that go way beyond par, this celebration is all about giving back to the hometown heroes who keep the course swinging season after season.
“You don’t build a great course without a great local community,” said Cody Hasten, Head Golf Professional at Haymaker. “Our local players are the heart and soul of Haymaker, and this week is our way of saying thank you for their year-round support. Whether you’re a scratch golfer or just picking up a club, there’s something for everyone—and a ton of great deals to boot.”
Starting Sunday, June 15, Locals Week brings a full scorecard of savings and fun including:
- Free golf for kids 17 and under with a paying adult
- 50% off apparel and shoes on the sale rack
- Daily raffles for simulator time and golf shop gift cards
- Free donuts & coffee on Sunday and Friday mornings
- $20 meal deal: soup, salad, sandwich + house cocktail or draft beer
- Happy Hour every day from 3–5 pm
The week ends on a high note with the first Fish-Fry Boat Party of the season on Friday, June 20, featuring live music on the back lawn from 5–7 pm. So, dust off your best tropical shirt or sundress and hit the Patio Grill in style.
Speaking of the Patio Grill, the fun doesn’t stop at the final hole. The 19th hole is serving up delicious summer fare thanks to the new restaurant partner, Destination Hospitality, known for fresh flavors and friendly service. Plus, the Patio Grill has one of the best decks in the Yampa Valley to take in a post-round sunset.
Owned and operated by the City of Steamboat Springs, Haymaker Golf Course spans 233 scenic acres and boasts four sets of tees per hole, ranging from 5,059 to 7,308 yards. Designed as a ‘core layout’ that flows with the land, the course offers an experience as welcoming to beginners as it is rewarding for seasoned players—all with uninterrupted views of the stunning Yampa Valley.
