Six young entrepreneurs from Routt County are working on pitching their products that they’ve developed through the Routt County Economic Development Partnership with Routt County 4-H. They’ve named themselves the Routty Kidpreneurs.
“My name is Milan Anzulewicz. I’m a 4-H beekeeper. My business is called Iron Rail Bees, and I sell homemade beeswax candles.”
“Hi, my name is Miley. I live in Hayden, and I am the owner and founder of Miley’s Bridle and Biscuits. I sell the service of tack cleaning and horse treats.”
“My name is AJ Parkinson and I sell stickers that are funny sayings. One says spread eagle, one says powder hound, one says nose grind, speed demon, and hot doggin’.
“My name is Haley Myrtle. My business is called Steamboat Slime Sensations, and I sell slime, both pre-made and custom-made. So, you can customize your slime however you want.”

The kids were pitching their products at the Farmers Market on Saturday, and letting folks try them out and buy their products.
They met with local business leaders and entrepreneurs Monday night at the Routt County 4-H offices to hear how to market their products. Those products include slime, horse treats, stickers, eggs, and beeswax.
A Pitch Competition for the Routty Kidpreneurs is from 5-7 p.m. this Thursday, July 31, in the Routt County Board of County Commissioners Room in the historic Routt County Courthouse. All are invited. The kids will be winning cash prizes courtesy of a grant from the Ski Town USA Rotary Club.
