Steamboat Springs City Council has a special meeting at 11 a.m. today. It’s to review the amended pledge agreement from Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation that would commit $1 million annually for three years to the Yampa Valley Regional Transportation Authority. A decision is needed before tomorrow so final considerations can be made with the intergovernmental agreement. All six jurisdictions must approve the agreement for the RTA to be on the ballot in the fall. This has to be done before Sept. 5. The six jurisdictions are Routt County, Craig, Hayden, Yampa, Oak Creek, and Steamboat Springs. Meeting Agenda
