The Hayden Municipal Housing Authority is under contract to purchase the Pinyon Pine Estate Mobile Home Park. It happened last Thursday.

 

There are 62 mobile homes in the park and one single-family residence.

 

Mathew Mendisco is the Executive Director of the Hayden Municipal Housing Authority. He says the purchase price is $8.25 million, to be purchased from Pinyon Pine Estates MHC, LLC.

 

The park will continue on as a mobile home park, “for the preservation of affordable housing in the community of Hayden,” said Mendisco.

 

Pinyon Pine is along Jefferson Avenue/U.S. Highway 40, on the west side of Hayden.
