Paul McCartney is set to return to the stage with two small-scale performances in Los Angeles, marking his first live appearances since wrapping up his 2025 “Got Back” tour.

The legendary artist will play back-to-back nights at The Fonda Theatre on March 27 and 28, offering fans a much more personal concert experience than his recent arena shows. The venue’s limited capacity makes tickets especially scarce, with a strict limit of two per customer. Fans must register through the official ticketing system for a chance to buy, though access is not guaranteed. Organizers also warn against purchasing from third-party sellers, as invalid tickets will not be accepted.  In addition, both concerts will be phone-free, with devices locked in Yondr pouches during the performances, though attendees will keep them in their possession.

These shows follow McCartney’s extensive 2025 North American run—his first in three years—which included notable moments like performing The Beatles’ “Help!” live for the first time in decades. The shift from arenas to a 1,200-capacity theater echoes similar intimate gigs he played in New York earlier in 2025.

The recent concerts have also sparked speculation among fans. McCartney has hinted at ongoing studio work, often collaborating with producer Andrew Watt, and has suggested a new album could arrive in 2026. His most recent release, “McCartney III,” came out in 2020.

Beyond touring, McCartney has remained active with other projects, including the documentary Man on the Run, which explores his post-Beatles career, and his involvement in Is This What We Want?, a silent album protesting changes to UK copyright laws related to AI.
