Michael Lozano says they have six therapy horses and a donkey on the ranch.

The Peavy Barn in North Routt County is an important part of equine history. The barn now sits at Warhorse Ranch. It was built in 1898.
It was part of the original breeding of the American Quarter Horse breed, where the horses were stabled in this barn. The description says the legacy is carried on in Routt County with the Rocky Mountain Quarter Horse Association (founded in 1930) and the American Quarter Horse Association (1940). The barn is on the Routt County Register of Historic Places. Approval was just received for the barn to apply to be on the state’s historic register.
