Fire mitigation continues in The Sanctuary neighborhood, which is along Steamboat Blvd.

The HOA did a special assessment to the 148 lot owners, to pay for the work, which is being done in four phases. Work crews are removing hazardous trees that are dead or downed, along with debris and undergrowth that is fuel for a fire.

The final phase is up along the ridge, above Skyline Trail where you can see many trees that are down.
