Staff for the Colorado Redistricting Commission has released the first Senate Staff Plan Map and the same for the State House of Representatives.
The Colorado Senate map has Routt County with Moffat, Rio Blanco, part of Garfield and Mesa Counties, and also Jackson, Delta, Gunnison and most of Grand Counties, in Senate District 8.
The State House of Representatives map has a small part of Routt County in District 26 with Grand County and most of Eagle County, and part of Summit County. Only the Steamboat Springs area is included in District 26. It does not include North Routt, West Routt and the community of Hayden, or South Routt including Oak Creek and Phippsburg. That is all with District 49 which includes Moffat, Rio Blanco, Jackson and Larimer counties.
