For those who want to skin up the mountain, there is a virtual Town Hall hosted by the ski area and U.S. Forest Service Thursday. They’ll update everyone on the Uphill Policy for this year and tell how to get an armband for the season.
You can skin up before 9 a.m. or after 4:30 p.m. every day. An armband for uphill access is required. If you have a season pass, it’s $29. For non-pass holders, it’s $49. Part of the money from the passes is donated to Routt County Search and Rescue.
The meeting is at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 11.
