The cottages built by the founders of Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp will be added to the Routt County Register of Historic Properties. Here’s Arianthé Stettner with Historic Routt County.

All of the cottages have a plaque signed by Portia Mansfield. They were built between 1948 and 1952, at the end of Amethyst when it heads out to Strawberry Park on Routt County Road 36.
There is a small stone wall in the back of the property and a stone amphitheater. County Commissioners voted unanimously on the proclamation Tuesday.
