Six dental hygiene students from Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely recently visited the Horizons Residential Treatment Center in Craig.
The students brought some fake teeth and toothbrushes for the residents to practice on so they could teeth them how to brush their own teeth better. Tiffany Douglas is the program director for the CNCC Dental Hygiene Department.
The CNCC students have been invited back to Horizons to visit on a regular basis. The dental hygienists are in their second year of the program at CNCC and they will graduate in May.
