The NCAA Rocky Mountain Intercollegiate Ski Championships start Thursday in Steamboat, with top athletes in both alpine and cross country. This is the final qualifier for the NCAA Championships in March. Nine Olympians from the Beijing games are competing in Steamboat through Saturday.
- There will be three days of alpine racing at Howelsen Hill from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb. 24-26.
- There will be two days of cross country racing at Howelsen from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Feb. 25-26.
