The Steamboat Springs High School cross country track team sends word of results from the regional championships at Lincoln Park in Grand Junction. It was a 5K cross country run.
Head Coach Lisa Renee Tumminello says the Sailor girls qualified for the Colorado State Championships next week as one of the top four teams in the region. Autumn Oslowski is a senior and finished 11th. Her sister, Ayla, finished 8th, so they both qualified individually.

Others on the team include Grace Olexa in 26th, Morgan Yeiser in 42nd, Lillian Hammer, Novella Light, Margaux Shea, Izzy Drobek and Meaghan Maitre.

For the Sailor boys, Olin Webster was the top finisher in 23rd, finishing the 5K in 16:55:80. Trevor Harms was 54th, followed by Asher Rowan, Michael Hagney, Drew Picking, Xavier Knott, Miles Damore, and Sonny Hankes.
Xavier Knott will race in the Unified race which is a 3K at the Colorado State Championships in Colorado Springs next week.
