The final plan for wolf reintroduction, as approved by Colorado voters, is scheduled to be released today. Then the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission will take feedback from the public at five upcoming meetings in the state. The closest scheduled for Northwest Colorado is in Rifle in February. One meeting is via Zoom on Feb. 16. There is a link to comment and you can find that on our website. The wolves in North Park came down from Wyoming. They were not introduced into Colorado.

One meeting is scheduled via Zoom on Feb. 16. CPW scheduled the other meetings in Colorado Springs (Jan. 19), Gunnison (Jan. 25), Denver (Feb. 22), and Rifle (Feb. 7), which would be the closest one to Northwest Colorado.
