The Moffat County Girls Golf team is getting ready for tournaments. Head Coach Tim Adams says it has been hard for the five girls on the team to practice with so much snow this season.
“The first time they’ll be on grass will be when we got to Montrose. So it will be a little bit of a challenge for them.”
The Lady Bulldogs have two seniors on the team. Reagan Hafey and Taylor Powell both made it to the state tournament last year. Coach Adams says it’s a great group of girls.
“All of them are good kids and good students from good families. That’s probably the highlight of the season for me, honestly.”
The Moffat County Girls play in Montrose on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 4-5.
