Moffat County Sheriff’s Office hosted the 8th Annual Shop with a Cop over the weekend. The event was held in partnership with Craig Police Department, Colorado State Patrol, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, Classic Air Medical and Walmart Supercenter #4377.
Santa Claus also came to the event, arriving in style in a helicopter with the Classic Air Medical team.
Twenty-five kids participated in the event at Walmart. Each had $200 to spend, and they shopped about two and a half hours.
Moffat County Sheriff KC Hume writes, “Special thanks to the crew from our local Walmart Supercenter #4377, for their dedication to our community, and providing an opportunity for a great group of kids to have the Christmas experience of a lifetime.”
