Two more head of cattle have died because of wolves in Routt County. It is confirmed on the Colorado Parks and Wildlife website. A bull calf is reported to have died on July 7 and it was on the same South Routt ranch as another wolf depredation on June 16. Another heifer is reported to have died from wolves on July 10. The ranchers in South Routt are saying it was close to McCoy.
The switchover from Kum & Go to Maverik gas stations continues in Northwest Colorado. The Kum & Go on Jefferson Ave. in Hayden closes this evening and re-opens July 23. That’s according to the Maverik website.
There are three Kum & Go gas stations in Craig. The Maverik website says the Kum & Go at 700 East Victory Way closes tomorrow (Tuesday, July 16) and will re-open July 23.
The Kum & Go at 895 Yampa Ave. in Craig closes Wednesday, July 17, and is set to re-open also on July 23.
The date for the Kum & Go at 1302 W. Victory Way in Craig isn’t confirmed on the website, but it could be at the end of this week.
