The Walton Creek Tunnel in Steamboat is now decorated with the words, “Go with the flow.” It was an art project with Steamboat Springs Middle School and some high school students. Garret Bock is the Fine Arts Teacher at the middle school.
“They love it. They want to do more so hopefully we can do some more in the future.”
About 30 students helped with the project. Most of the work was done on Thursday.
It is hoped that the mural will cut down on graffiti in the tunnels.
Bock hopes to do more murals around the community with the students in the future.
