HOUR#1-  A dramatic episode of the LowDown, as we discuss the firing of Nuggets head coach Michael Malone.  Am emotional day, we talk abut coach Malone and the events that led up to his dismissal.  We take some calls, and discuss the future of this Nuggets franchise.

HOUR#2-  We talk about the NCAAM national championship game, and wrap up our march madness talk for the year.  The Florida Gators are national champions.  What does this mean for that program, and we discuss the losing side as well, and the future of the Houston Cougars and their legendary head coach Kelvin Sampson.

-We wrap up the show with further discussion about the Denver Nuggets and where they go from here.  We talk about the Lakers/Thunder matchups, and discuss the job JJ Reddick has done in his first year.

HOUR#1-  The Denver Nuggets lose two very intense games against Minnesota and San Antonio.  We discuss the amazing performances from Nikola Jokic and Jalen Pickett.  Further discussions on the Minnesota Timberwolves, and the state of the western conference with 10 days left in the regular season. 

-Cody Reer (SmashHitSports) joins the program to further discuss march madness, as we head into the final weekend of the tournament.   In-depth breakdowns of both Final Four matchups, including the choice wagers of the weekend.  We discuss the college basketball current coaching carousel, and some of the remaining big names in the transfer portal.

HOUR#2- The Dallas Cowboys are the lead story for the second hour.  They trade for Joe Milton, the backup QB for the New England Patriots.  Where do the cowboys stand heading into the 25-26 season? Will they pay Micah Parsons?  All that and more.

-Our friend John Rein (VZP Digital) joins the show to talk about the Colorado Avalanche, and the feeling surrounding the team after a shootout victory against the Chicago Blackhawks. We talk about other teams that are making playoff pushes, including the St. Louis Blues, and the Dallas Stars. 

-We discuss the Atlanta Braves tumultuous start to the season at 0-7 on the season, and the dream start for the Padres and Dodgers, both 7-0 and undefeated.   

HOUR #1- Join us as we discuss the Denver Broncos new free agent acquisitions.  We go in-depth and break down the Broncos needs, as well as the new faces they got.

HOUR#2- Cody Reer joins the program to breakdown march madness for us.  We discuss Duke and the Cooper Flagg effect, as well as Auburn and the other potential #1 seeds.

-We talk about what has been a down year for Colorado basketball, can the red hot CSU Rams get into the tournament?

-We break down the Nuggets loss to the Timberwolves, and look ahead to the Lakers on Friday, as the season continues with 15 games left to play.
