Haymaker Golf Course in Steamboat Springs opens Thursday, May 8, for its 28th season. Online reservations are available, as are season passes and punch card pricing. The golf shop is open daily until 5 p.m. and there is a spring clearance sale in the pro shop. The restaurant at Haymaker opens in June.

Haymaker Golf Course Opens For 28th Season
New Bar & Grill Partner-Destination Hospitality-Joins Course Experience
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO-May 6, 2025-Whether you’re chasing birdies or just chasing your buddies around the fairways, Haymaker is calling this Thursday, May 8, for Opening Day. So, grab your clubs, shake off that winter rust, and make your Thursday morning feel like a championship round… minus the pressure, when you tee it up for Haymaker’s 28th season.
“Open Day is always special and we’re ready for another great season of golf at one of the best public golf courses in the state,” said Head Golf Professional Cody Hasten. “The course is in great shape, and our team will ensure the top-level championship service and attention to detail that Haymaker is known for.”
Online reservations are currently available for booking. Season passes and punch card pricing available online at haymakergolf.com and may be purchased online or in person. The golf shop is open until 5pm and moves to daily operations starting on Opening Day. Need some practice before teeing off? Stop into The Fringe Golf Simulator for practice swings, a round of golf at more than 250 courses or professional instruction from one of Haymaker’s professionals.
Take advantage of the spring clearance sale in the pro shop with 50-70% off apparel and shoes as well as the opportunity to purchase a punch card providing ten, 9-hole rounds, which isn’t typically available until Labor Day. Both limited-time specials are only valid between May 8-22.
Haymaker welcomes our new bar & grill partners, Destination Hospitality. The creators of Aurum, Table 79 & more, will offer a wonderful new experience at Haymaker stating in June.
